Warmup (mobility)
Wall pushups: 15
Incline Pushups: 40,40,35
(Could go to 40, but need abs to catch up)
Seated abs: 30,18,12
I think I have too many fast-twitch muscle in my abs.
The high reps are just a killer. Anyway, I suppose I'm paying for years of lazy ab training.
I will still overcome this hurdle...
